Hyundai launched the N-Line Sonata last year, and now the model has been fully revealed thanks to a video posted online, specifications and the 2021 Hyundai Sonata N-Line look

While the clip was only available for a few minutes, the Korean auto blog was able to take some pictures as well as details about the upcoming model

The performance-oriented Hyundai Sonata N-Line 2021 features a moderately revised front bumper with more aggressive air intakes. We can also see the N-Line, a four-pipe exhaust system, and 19-inch sporty wheels

The interior changes are minor, but will apparently include N-branded sport seats with fabric and leather upholstery. We can also see red contrast stitching and a modestly modified steering wheel that appears to sport the N-Line logo

The post says the car has a 2.5-liter four-cylinder turbo engine that produces 286 hp (213 kW / 290 hp) and 311 lb-ft (421 Nm) of torque. That shouldn't be too surprising since the engine is shared with the Kia K5 GT of roughly the same production

The engine will be mated to an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission that sends power to the front wheels. The car is also slated to feature an upgraded suspension with revised springs and dampers. The report goes on to say that we can expect launch control, "Sports +" mode and a stronger braking system. The latter will likely be migrated from the K5 GT that has discs measuring 13.6 inches (345 mm) in the front and 12.8 inches (325 mm) at the rear
