Toyota 86 next generation soon 2021

Toyota's leaked offer confirmed in the U.S. There is a new Toyota 86, which will be available soon

The new Toyota 86 sports car will be on sale next year according to a leaked dealer offer at the GR86.org forum

The image shows a series of upcoming models including the next-generation Toyota Tundra Pickup and all-new all-wheel drive compact vehicles that will likely be unlocked under the Toyota C-HR

Currently Toyota 86 is the only car on the list that will likely make its way to Australia

It is unclear what engine will power the second generation model, however it is understood the model will switch to
Toyota’s global platform rather than one based on a Subaru as it is currently

The current Toyota 86 and Subaru BRZ twins are manufactured at Subaru in Japan - but the two companies will share the model again

Sales of Toyota 86 and Subaru BRZ sports cars have declined in recent years after an initial explosion when they arrived in 2012

Subaru initially experimented with an online-only sales model - to distribute cars on a first-come-first-served basis - before selling BRZ through dealerships.

Toyota also struggled to keep pace with demand in the early days - Toyota 86 started under $ 30,000 plus costs on the road before the starting price soared to $ 31,440 in recent years

Toyota and Subaru in Australia have not confirmed the timing of our market arrival, but the twins are expected to be in local showrooms soon after they go on sale in the United States in mid-2021
